By accessing or using Feed Forge (feedforge.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Feed Forge provides an AI-powered social media management platform including content generation, image creation, hashtag research, content scheduling, brand kit management, and team collaboration tools. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Feed Forge operates on a credit-based system. Each subscription plan provides a set number of AI generation credits per month. Free accounts receive 20 credits. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) provide additional credits as described on our pricing page. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to use Feed Forge to: generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content; violate intellectual property rights; spam or harass others; attempt to circumvent usage limits; reverse engineer the platform; use automated scripts to abuse the API; or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of original content you input. AI-generated outputs are provided to you under a broad commercial license — you may use them for personal and commercial purposes. However, Feed Forge makes no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or legality of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

The Feed Forge platform, branding, user interface, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Feed Forge and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform.

Your use of Feed Forge is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Feed Forge integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Firebase, and payment processors. These services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of third-party services.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feed Forge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
