Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Feed Forge. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy is designed to be fair and compliant with payment processor requirements.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan provides 20 credits at no charge. No payment is collected and no refunds apply.
3. Subscription Refunds (14-Day Guarantee)
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Business), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Renewal Refunds
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for an automatic renewal and did not intend to continue, contact support within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
5. Credit Refunds
Credits consumed through AI generation are non-refundable as they represent delivered digital services. Unused credits from a refunded subscription will be revoked upon refund processing.
6. How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request via: (1) Support Ticket Center in your dashboard, (2) Live Chat, or (3) Email support@feedforge.ai. Include your account email, plan name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We will work with you to resolve billing disputes promptly.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access and credits until the period ends. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle unless covered by Section 3.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds outside this policy for: duplicate charges, technical failures preventing service use, or extended platform outages. Contact support with documentation.
