Feed Forge ("we", "us", "our") operates the Feed Forge platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services. By using Feed Forge, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, profile photo (via Google sign-in), payment information (processed securely by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), content you generate, brand kit data, scheduled posts, and support communications. We automatically collect: usage data, credit consumption logs, device information, IP address, browser type, and analytics data to improve our services.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process subscriptions and payments; manage your account and credits; generate AI content on your behalf; send service-related communications; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and improve our platform.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (Paddle/Stripe). We receive only transaction metadata — not full payment card details. Payment processors have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your financial data. We recommend reviewing their policies directly.

Content you submit for AI generation is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not use your content to train our own models. OpenAI processes data according to their API data usage policies. We store generated outputs in your account for your access.

Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement access controls, security rules, and rate limiting. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we strive to protect your data using commercially acceptable means.

We retain account data while your account is active. Upon account deletion request, we delete personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; export your data; object to processing; and withdraw consent. Contact legal@feedforge.ai to exercise these rights.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies may be used to understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We integrate with: Firebase (auth, database, storage), OpenAI (AI generation), Paddle/Stripe (payments), and Google (OAuth). Each third party operates under its own privacy policy.

Our Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
